TicketPax is a comprehensive digital infrastructure developed for the sale of flight tickets and the management of service requests (cancellations, refunds, changes, and additional services).
The system operates through an IATA-member B2B supplier infrastructure, integrated with the API services of all airlines. This structure enables healthcare institutions to securely process flight ticket transactions on behalf of patients; patients, in turn, can access the system via personalized links to purchase their tickets with their own credit cards and submit service requests directly.
Agencies can either use the system directly via agency.onlinepax.com or integrate it into their own websites with sub-domain integration (agency.agencydomain.com) to offer online ticket sales to their patients.
All transactions are conducted through the secure virtual POS infrastructures of IATA-approved B2B systems. This guarantees data security, transaction integrity, and regulatory compliance for both the institution and the patient.

User Creation from Panel

The patient clicks on the provided link, logs into the system with their user information, and initiates the flight ticket search.
Selection and Payment
The system lists suitable flights. The patient makes payment with their own credit card or the agency representative's company credit card.
E-Ticket Generation
Upon payment confirmation, the e-ticket is automatically generated for the patient. The generated e-ticket can also be viewed and printed from the panel when desired.
